02. Your Flattened Box
A and B are the flattened box dimensions. Horizontal stacking needs A longer than B.
Measure your own board. A flattened box is taken as two board layers.
Model Assumptions: Stack height = boxes per bundle × 2 × board caliper, uncompressed. Stacking limits are the published envelopes of this machine: horizontal stacking A 200–360 mm, B 120–290 mm with A longer than B, stack 230–550 mm; vertical stacking A 300–550 mm, B 200–450 mm, stack up to 400 mm. The machine’s rated packing speed is 18,000–30,000 boxes per hour. This check does not calculate strapping cycle time; we confirm that for your bundle in the quotation.
