Yes. Customisation is core to how we work. Share your box dimensions, substrate (cardboard, corrugated, special boards), and target output — we’ll spec feeding systems, folding units, and glue stations accordingly. Specialty styles like stereo boxes, multi-panel cartons, and unusual closures are all in scope.
We provide 24/7 technical response, remote diagnostics, and spare parts availability across 40+ countries. For commissioning, we offer remote setup support via video, on-site engineer dispatch where required, and a structured operator training programme. Critical spare parts ship within 48 hours of confirmation.
We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and other commercial terms negotiable on order size. Standard arrangement is 30% deposit / 70% before shipment. We ship FOB, CIF, CFR, or DDP from Ningbo or Shanghai depending on destination — your sales engineer will recommend the most cost-effective route.
Absolutely encouraged. We host buyers regularly at our Ruian facility — full factory tours, live machine demonstrations with your own carton samples, and engineering walkthroughs. We can also arrange airport pickup from Wenzhou Longwan International (WNZ) or Shanghai Pudong (PVG). Open the inquiry form with your travel window and we’ll handle logistics.
Standard configurations: 35–45 days from deposit. Mid & high-end customised machines: 50–70 days. Full integrated lines (printing + die-cutting + folder gluing + packing): 90–120 days, depending on configuration. We share a milestone-based production schedule after order confirmation so you can plan shipping and installation around real dates.
